Order Placement

For maximum security, all orders are processed through encrypted payment processing. Please place your items in the shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select a credit card to pay for your items. Please be sure to read our return policy. Placing an order means acceptance of our store policies.

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If your e-mail is returned as undeliverable, your order will immediately be cancelled.

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax: Residents of New York will be charged sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders outside of the State of New York.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. For payment by Postal Money Orders, please send your name, shipping address, daytime phone number, name and item number of desired bag and payment including shipping cost (amount stated in shopping cart shipping calculation or from shipping costs section on this page) to:

International Orders are by mutual agreement. We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Please e-mail us with your desired purchase and we will send you an invoice including the appropriate shipping costs to your country. International orders placed through our website without prior arrangements will be cancelled and all payments refunded.

Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the sales price & tax, excluding shipping and handling. You must contact us via e-mail within seven days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to the customer unopened.

The merchandise returned must be in the same original, brand new condition with all tags affixed. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet these criteria. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of returned product.

There are no exceptions to this return policy.

Exchange Policy

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item within seven days of receipt. Contact us immediately to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.

Shipping Policy

All merchandise is sent via United States Postal Service. We usually consolidate orders and ship three times each week.
